Got questions? You’re not the only one. Here are some of the most common things we’re asked:

Do I need to already have footage to work with you?

No. We can capture games, events, or training sessions ourselves, or work with footage you already have. Many projects are a mix of both.

Do you cover single games as well as larger events?

Yes. We regularly cover individual games, training sessions, and small events, and we also scale up for multi day tournaments and multi venue coverage.

Is your media only for recruiting purposes?

Not at all. While recruiting and scouting are common use cases, our media is also used for club visibility, sponsor value, social media, archives, and documenting seasons over time.

Do you handle recruiting or athlete placement?

No. We are not recruiters or agents. Our role is to create high quality media that supports your goals, whether that’s visibility, progression, or professional presentation.

Can we choose just one service or do we need a full package?

Everything is flexible. You can book a single service such as a photoshoot or game coverage, or combine services into a larger project depending on your needs and budget.

How quickly do we receive the media?

Most photo sets and clips are delivered within a few days. Faster turnaround and same day highlights are available when required, including on site delivery for events.

Will you publish the content for us or just deliver it?

In most cases, the media belongs to the client and is delivered for use across your platforms. Depending on the project, we can also help distribute content to athletes, families, or sponsors. Any portfolio use by Beep is always handled respectfully and with proper permissions.

Is this affordable for smaller clubs, schools, or individual athletes?

Yes. Our services are designed to scale. You can start small and grow over time, without committing to oversized packages or long term obligations.

Do you travel for events?

Yes. We cover events across Canada and adapt our team size based on the scope and location of the project.
