Are you a web agency or a marketing agency?

In practice, yes. In structure and mindset, not exactly.

We do handle website work and marketing related execution, including one off projects when that makes sense. Many organizations come to us for a specific need before moving into ongoing support.

What makes us different is how we work.

Rather than operating only on isolated projects or campaigns, we focus on continuity, execution, and long term support. When we take something on, we consider how it fits into your broader digital operations, both now and over time.

What does “unlimited website edits” actually mean?

Unlimited edits means you can request as many changes as needed to your existing website without worrying about per edit costs.

Unlimited is about removing friction, not rushing work. Requests are handled in a reasonable, prioritized flow.

Is unlimited really unlimited?

Yes, within the defined scope.

Unlimited applies to day to day website edits and support tasks that do not require custom development or content creation. This keeps things fair, predictable, and sustainable for both sides.

If something falls outside that scope, we will always flag it before moving forward

What is not included in unlimited edits?

What happens if we go over the included hours?

If you occasionally exceed your included hours, we stay reasonable.

If overages become consistent, we will discuss options together, such as adding time, adjusting the plan, or moving to a custom engagement. Nothing changes without a conversation.

Do unused hours roll over?

No.

Monthly hours are designed to support ongoing momentum and consistent progress. That said, we understand seasonal fluctuations and stay flexible when workloads shift.

Are support tickets really unlimited?

Yes.

You can submit as many support requests or questions as needed. There is no penalty for asking. Requests are prioritized based on urgency and impact.

Can we start with a one off project instead of a monthly plan?

We do support one off projects. Many organizations start this way before moving into a monthly plan when ongoing support makes more sense.

Do you work only on long term retainers?

No.
